The organisation boasts operations in over 30 countries with more than 400 brands in the portfolio. They currently operate retail and catering outlets at over 125 airports and 270 train stations around the world. 2015 revenues were nearly £2bn with 45% attributed to UK operations and the remainder overseas.
The company continues to invest substantially in expansion and are actively investing in growth internationally, particularly in APAC. They recently acquired a 49% stake in a leading food outlet operator based in India that is already doubling revenue in the region.
They’re currently looking to grow the strategic projects team to support the organisation’s ongoing expansion plans.
Operations Project Lead role reporting to the Global Director of Operations Improvement (Ex BCG).
They are specifically looking for someone with a combination of top-tier strategy experience and operations improvement, to take ownership of developing project plans that will accelerate the journey from strategy to implementation. The role will have a likely trajectory to Director of around 18-24 months.
