Our client is a leading global advisory firm known for providing strategic insight in order to get results by leading the industry with changing trends. This Fortune 100 company provides a number of services including tax, audit, and advisory services. When issues arise our client taps into their vast network of functional, industry, and technical professionals in order to tackle the toughest issues that companies face.

We are working with their Pricing practice, which is one of the highest growth practice areas of the business to hire several Directors, alongside a new Partner. These critical hires will be responsible for serving as a key advisors to the corporate clients, focusing on the delivery of strategic pricing projects, and the continued expansion of the group. The role provides an opportunity for an experienced Director to work within a highly entrepreneurial environment and build a best in class practice.


- Serving as a key advisor, identify and direct enterprise-wide strategy projects and oversee execution of deliverables related to Pricing Strategy and Commercial Excellence

- Define and implement competitive pricing strategies based on business and financial objectives, market/competitive analyses, and pricing capabilities

- Participate in business development initiatives focused on Pricing and Commercial Strategy, including targeting key C- level individuals, proposing our client’s services and closing opportunities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, manage key engagement interviews/research, and facilitate workshops, while advising persuasively and earning the position of a trusted advisor

- Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives up to and including C-Level, and manage the presentation of final project deliverables

- Participate in professional development of the strategy team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new staff


- Previous experience in external advisory consulting related to pricing and commercial strategy at a major strategy, boutique strategy or Big 4 consulting firm, ideally having driven at least four pricing projects independently for a duration of 6+ months; deep expertise in the Consumer/Retail or TMT industry sectors preferred

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration or other related field; Masters degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university is preferred

- Deep experience in pricing strategy, sales (SFE, sales compensation) or marketing (brand, personalization, return on investment), and leveraging data analytics

- Successful history of leading pricing projects across comprehensive pricing stages: diagnostics, pricing strategy development, implementation and enablement

- Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment and communicating results/building consensus among various stakeholders

- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using advanced analytical techniques (such as Alteryx and Tableau, along with various pricing software packages); strong hypothesis driven approach and execution skills

- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
