A private equity backed and globally leading information services firm is looking to add a SVP of Transformation to the team which will be a key leadership position within the organization. As the SVP of Transformation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing key initiatives of the value creation plan and managing the end-to-end process. This will involve tightly coordinating with business leaders and include process redesign, broad commercial initiatives, and operating model changes.
As SVP, Transformation, you will be responsible for:
  • Analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, designing the target state processes and the execution roadmap to the target state
  • Driving critical initiatives to completion to achieve the defined target state
  • Building relationships with key leadership across the firm to set agreed milestones for different transformation opportunities across the business
  • Providing evidence for all initiatives with data, facts, and analysis
  • Presenting initiative updates and insights for executive and board levels
  • Leading cross functional teams and influencing non-direct reports to mobilize resources to get the job done.
As SVP, Transformation, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in rigorous discipline; MBA from top-tier program preferred
  • 10 – 15+ years of relevant and demonstrated work experience
  • Transformational toolkit – the ideal candidate will have both consulting and operating experience with a proven track record of driving change within businesses
  • Capability to mobilize plans around key workstreams and drive change in a strategic manner
  • A strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
