​COMPANY:
A leading global consulting firm is seeking to add a Director to their Pricing Strategy team. The team has been grown strategically in recent years and has become highly regarded within the business. The Director role is a leadership position with a defined path to Partner and can be based from most major US cities.
ROLE:
The Pricing Director will be responsible for:
  • As a key client advisor, identifying and providing guidance on complex pricing strategies and revenue management decisions, primarily in the Financial Services sector
  • Defining and implementing competitive pricing strategies based on business and financial objectives, market and competitive analyses, and pricing capabilities
  • Acting as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives up to and including C-Level, including helping ensure consistent successful delivery of all facets of project deliverables
  • Leading key business development activities related to strategy, pricing, and revenue management
  • Manage and support professional development of Strategy team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new staff
REQUIREMENTS:
The Pricing Director will have:
  • A minimum of eight years external management consulting experience related to pricing strategy at a strategy consulting firm, a boutique strategy firm or a Big 4 firm, along with experience in Financial Services
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field; Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Consulting experience in pricing strategy & revenue strategy (profitability management), pricing related marketing/sales strategy, and strong experience leveraging data analytics (with knowledge of Alteryx and/or Tableau)
  • Demonstrated experience in external business development and in developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment
