This career opportunity is within our client’s Decarbonization Practice. The role as a Consulting Client Partner (CCP) will lead growth of the consulting business in strategic global account(s) by leveraging both; existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally.
This role is expected to deliver growth across the following areas;
Sustainable growth and portfolio strategy;
Consulting on various ESG Investing Approaches (such as ESG Integration, Portfolio Screening Impact Investing and others) for Investment Management organizations
ESG impact assessment and business model diagnostics;
ESG monitoring and tracking;
ESG reporting, analytics and modelling;
Carbon Measurement and Disclosures,
Understanding of recognized ESG/sustainability frameworks and standards (SASB, TCFD, GRI or similar) and Disclosure standards for Investment Products (CFA Institute)
HSSE applications Manage Services
Implementations of HSE (Enablon, Sphera, SAP, Cority) and ESG applications (such as Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, Thinkstep)
HSE (for example, traditional Environmental Remediation, Control of Work) and Decarbonization (Low Carbon Projects, CCUS)
Future operating model and sustainability leadership
Consulting capabilities (HSE and ESG Leadership advisory, Digital HSE/ESG transformation, Change Management (especially around new ESG requirements)
Client consulting partner is expected to build C-level relationships and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for account growth strategy.
The role is defined as owning the consulting business for the account and acts as a key partner/enabler for delivering the business and growth strategy of the account, in partnership and collaboration with the GAE (Global Account Executive) and other business leaders globally.
Core responsibilities will include:
Growth: Developing and delivering strong and differentiated business growth strategy in conjunction with the account team; focus on growing the consulting business contribution to the account through strategic differentiated sales, and higher value offerings and capabilities. Ensure the consulting position to grow and scales business opportunities and customer value to strengthen and strengthen Wipro’s client positioning/brand.
Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for the account
Competency: Defining & supporting a strong competency/capability to enable and accelerate client strategic goals by leveraging the Wipro ecosystem.
Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
Branding: Building on the strong existing Wipro Brand, tasked with redefining Wipro as a strategic transformation and transition partner amongst key stakeholders within the client organization.
Champion for Transformation and Transition
Be a champion and passionate advocate for HSE, Sustainability and Decarbonization to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value. The individual must be an ambassador for Digital Adoption for its customers.

Proven track record of exceeding Sales Target and delivering strategic Transformation deals at C-Level.
Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-locational consulting projects with distributed teams with a strong focus on governance and customer outcomes.
