OVERVIEW:
Currently working with a global CEO advisory firm, who is looking to hire at senior level for their NYC headquarters. Our client consults across ten core sectors, with work spanning corporate strategy, M&A, new market entry, marketing, and data & analytics strategy. The business is currently enjoying sustained growth, having doubled its revenue since 2012 and having received significant investment from a leading global PE fund.
As a result, emphasis has been placed on a senior round of hiring at the Senior Manager/Associate Partner level to support both their organic and inorganic growth over the forthcoming years – with the opportunity to focus on the growth of specific sectors, functions and geographies. As well as leading, and developing teams, and cultivating client relationships. Candidate must have strategy consulting experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as needed
