Our Client is a leading global Professional Services firm, working cross industry, providing a variety of different services. Within this firm, a brand-new Pricing Practice is currently being built out, and our Stakeholder, former BCG Partner, is looking to bring on board a few Director/Associate Partners to help with the practice buildout. They are seeking senior individuals that have a deep expertise within Pricing/Pricing Strategy, that also have extensive working experience within one of these four industries – Healthcare/Lifesciences, TMT, Financial Services or Consumer/Retail. In this opportunity you will have the ability to charter your own course and help build something from scratch. We are seeking individuals that have experience building out practices, as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

ROLE:

- As a key client advisor, identify and provide guidance on complex pricing strategies and revenue management decisions

- Define and implement competitive pricing strategy based on business and financial objectives, market and competitive analyses, and pricing capabilities

- Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives up to and including CLevel, including helping ensure consistent successful delivery of all facets of project deliverables

- Lead key business development activities related to strategy, pricing, and revenue management

- Manage and support professional development of KPMG Strategy team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new staff

REQUIREMENTS:

- A minimum of eight years external management consulting experience related to pricing strategy at a strategy consulting firm, a boutique strategy firm or a Big 4 firm is required, along with experience in one or more of these three key industries: Consumer/Retail, Financial Services or TMT

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field; Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university is preferred

- Consulting experience in pricing strategy & revenue strategy (profitability management), pricing related marketing/sales strategy, and strong experience leveraging data analytics (with knowledge of Alteryx and/or Tableau)

- Comfort in working across client/project types such as domestic, international (either inbound or outbound), private equity, corporate, government, not-for-profit, organic, and inorganic with strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills

- Demonstrated experience in external business development and in developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment

- Ability to travel extensively as needed
