ROLE:
We are looking for a Group Growth & Digital Manager who will generate long term enterprise value through strategic planning and special project execution. Additionally, they will be expected to improve performance of the regional operations through data intelligence, group service provision and group process improvement.
The overall objective is to drive business growth, efficiency and improve returns in stakeholders. The business is being well backed allowing for ambitious projects and strategies. This person will directly report to the COO and take on large company-wide responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support with origination, evaluation and conversion of M&A opportunities
  • Identify and realise post-merger integration synergies
  • Develop annual strategic roadmap and manage budget
  • Supply/demand strategic market analysis of new land opportunities
  • Ownership and compliance of the Group’s systems and processes
  • Harvest corporate data to identify operational opportunities
  • Conduct strategic analysis to underpin business growth
  • Special Group project
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years in management consulting or strategy role
  • Project experience across business, operations and digital strategy
  • Transformation / implementation experience
  • Ability to influence and successfully manage change
  • High technical aptitude: ability and desire to rapidly learn new digital technologies/software
  • Evidenced ability of turning strategic insight into operational success
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Financial literacy
  • Fastidious attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
