​Our client is a European mid-market private equity fund, with successful investments spanning diverse sectors, including B2B industries such as Materials, Travel, Logistics, Packaging, and Services.
As part of their Operating Team, they have a Performance Improvement team, specialising in functional fields, including Digital, Finance, Integration, Supply Chain/Proc, and generalist transformation acceleration.
Job Overview:
As a Finance Integration Specialist, you will be a key member of the PIT Team, focused on M&A integrations within our European portfolio. Working closely with CEOs and Ops Partners, you will lead on key finance-related agendas, setting up robust integration plans with a synergy realisation perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute solid integration plans with a finance focus
  • Build an integration playbook and set up an Integration Management Office
  • Collaborate with CEO/management teams and Ops Partners to ensure seamless integration processes.
  • Drive synergy realisation initiatives and contribute to performance improvement opportunities.
  • Work at pace, often on multiple bolt-on acquisitions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance with a background in M&A integrations
  • Have at least three case studies of setting up integration plans and driving synergy realisation for acquisitions
  • Experience of setting up an IMO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Private Equity setting
  • High energy, inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo
This engagement is on an independent consulting basis, length of engagement is 1 year minimum.
