Our client is a leading global advisory firm known for providing strategic insight in order to get results by leading the industry with changing trends. 

We are working with their Healthcare/Life Sciences and Commercial Due Diligence practices, which are ones of the highest growth practice areas of the business to hire several Directors. These critical hires will be responsible for serving as a key advisors to the Corporate and Private Equity clients, focusing on the delivery of strategy and due diligence projects, and the continued expansion of the group. The role provides an opportunity for an experienced Director to work within a highly entrepreneurial environment and build a best in class practice.

ROLE:

- Serve as a key advisor to corporate and private equity clients in the Healthcare/Life sciences industry focusing on the delivery of commercial and strategic due diligence and growth strategy services.

- Work closely with Partners to lead and build relationships with clients. Lead all aspects of project planning, team design, progress tracking, while serving as a thought leader to clients.

- Significant experience helping corporations or private equity firms within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry conduct thorough analysis of potential acquisition targets, including assessing the market landscape (structure, size and profitability, drivers of performance, trends, outlook), the target's competitive position (competitive landscape, target's relative financial performance, target's relative offer position), and the viability of the target's revenue and profit forecast and client's investment thesis.

- Deep industry knowledge and experience in consulting for Healthcare or Life Sciences sub-sectors, including pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, biotech, and medical devices, and/or Healthcare services (such as payer/provider), with experience directing consulting teams in this sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of eight years of experience in a client-facing strategy discipline at a major strategy, boutique strategy, or a Big 4 strategy consulting firm, with a specialization in M&A/commercial due diligence and growth strategy in the Healthcare/Life Sciences industry.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; Graduate degree in a Healthcare or Life Sciences discipline such as MA, MSc, MPH, PhD or MD, or a Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration from an accredited college or university is highly preferred·  Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment and communicating results/building consensus among various stakeholders.

- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
