ROLE:
Responsibilities Include:
Strategy
  • Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to support strategy development at country and regional levels
  • Quickly assess the state of the business, learn the key economic drivers and formulate a compelling strategic plan working alongside commercial and functional stakeholders
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of the industry and competitive landscape, identify key trends impacted the business, and characterize associated opportunities for growth and/or risks for the business
  • Partner with business development and commercial teams to identify potential acquisition opportunities, providing formal quantitative and qualitative analytical decision support
Transformation Program Management
  • Lead the planning, development and execution of a portfolio of projects including project scoping, team roles set-up, delivery workplan, reporting, governance and decisions-making processes, progress tracking, risk and issues resolution
  • Track and report on project performance, providing real-time, comprehensive view of all projects
Provide critical input to country/ regional/ global teams to ensure timely project completion and delivering on desired business objectives and results
  • Partner with our businesses and functions to deeply understand the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ states to the level of being able to identify linkages to cross-functional process interdependencies and systems to ensure design of fully integrated process solutions
  • Advocate for change in business process redesign with clear identification of change impact, action plans to assist user teams through the change process successfully
  • Primary contact point for global programs such as: CX Program, Global Intake Process
Project Leadership
  • As needed, lead own projects and establish subject matter expertise in a variety of domains relevant to Commercial Operations and General Management

REQUIREMENTS:  
  • 3-5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm
  • Proven track record in portfolio management with demonstratable and quantifiable results (P&L impact, process KPI improvements)
  • Experience in change management communications including planning, process mapping and deployment of tools and techniques
  • Experience in Program Management Office
  • Strong project and change management principles
  • Understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Experienced in budget development and management, with demonstrated ability to bring multiple projects in on time and on budget
  • Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
