We are working with a leading financial services organization who are looking to build out their core strategy and implementation team based in their headquarters in Zurich.
This team sits at the heart of the organisation and reports directly up to the senior leadership team at a Group level. You will have exposure to the most senior leaders across the organisation.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will be joining a highly regarded team of top-tier ex-consultants and supporting global strategy projects with a particular focus on EMEA. This team is headed up by an ex-McKinsey consultant and focuses on all the biggest strategic priorities affecting the business, including the business’ FinTech strategy and the group-wide 5-year strategy plan.
This team works closely with the wider business and you will have ownership over a project from the first strategic design stage through to implementation. This team is used as a feeder for senior management and there is a strong track record of individuals being promoted towards P&L positions in the wider business.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Top-tier strategy consultancy experience
• Excellent communications skills with experience in presenting to and influencing senior management.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of the business implications of different strategies.
• Insurance experience is advantageous but relevant sector experience is not required.
