This private equity–backed healthcare company is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead finance transformation initiatives as it prepares for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX). This is a critical role with end-to-end responsibility for financial strategy, reporting, capital markets readiness, and value creation in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will bring deep IPO experience, strong technical and regulatory expertise, and proven leadership in high-growth, investor-backed healthcare or related sectors.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IPO process, ensuring financial reporting, SGX compliance, and coordination with key stakeholders. Develop a compelling equity story to attract investors and align with market expectations.
  • Define and execute financial strategies to drive operational growth and value creation, while providing financial insights for key executive decisions. Support M&A and business development with strong financial modeling.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in compliance with IFRS and SGX regulations. Ensure robust internal controls and scalable processes for public company requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and corporate governance standards. Manage risk, insurance, and treasury to optimize capital structure and working capital.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and financial discipline throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent; MBA Holder
  • Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a private equity–backed or IPO-stage company, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
  • Demonstrated track record of leading IPOs (preferably on SGX)
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, SGX listing rules, and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience managing investor relations, corporate finance, and M&A activities
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
