My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transformation Manager to join the active Transformation function which is tasked to drive key value creation initiativesand companywide transformation, in line with objectives agreed between Management Team and Private Equity Investor.

Reporting to Head of Group Transformation, the role will initially have a strong focus on setting up and driving financial benefit tracking and reporting activities, with potential for further involvement in project management and delivery. You will work closely with Group Financial Controllers and Project Ownersacross the organisation to support financial transparency and overall transformation delivery. This role will involve heavy interaction with senior management esp. the CFO, and access to the Private Equity Investorto ensure alignment and effective coordination.
Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage financial aspects of the Transformation team, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control. Collaborate with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to effectively monitor and communicate the progress and impact of Transformation initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
  • Project Management Support: Provide project management support, including planning, resource allocation, and (financial) tracking of project milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the Transformation team and develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization, including finance, operations, and senior management, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns. Build strong relationships and ensure alignment with stakeholders' expectations.
  • Risk Management: Assist in identifying and managing risks and issues related to Transformation initiatives. Develop risk mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to support cross-functional initiatives and promote a collaborative and cohesive working environment. Share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the Transformation team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-5 years
    of professional experience
  • Consulting background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance-related role, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in project management and delivery is desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and project management software.
  • Strong financial literacy and capability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results oriented approach.
