​We are working with a portfolio company who are looking to hire an experienced Transformation Manager to work. This position reports to the Head of Transformation and collaborates with cross functional teams globally in support of key initiatives across transformation & change.
As the Senior Manager, Transformation and Organization Redesign, your key responsibilities will include HR Transformation & Organization Redesign as they are looking to align positions internally and develop long and short-term strategy transformation & change management initiatives.
ROLE:
  • Lead and manage projects for operational excellence along with current state assessment & future state design and change management strategy
  • Draft materials necessary for global HR programs, training materials and workshops
  • Create the end-to-end playbook focusing on enterprise-wide communication for change management initiatives, while supporting business sector execution
  • Manage transformation projects across multiple business units globally
  • Lead the creation and review of process documentation activities and oversee projects to drive adoption and compliance
  • Drive key initiatives within strategic program efforts and support related corporate/agency priorities
  • Support data analytics for quantitative insights to improvement areas
  • Ensure visibility of project status for both internal teams and agencies though existing company structures
  • Support business transformation efforts and participate in process redesign activities, data analysis, and comprehensive documentation of current state and future state design.

REQUIREMENTS: 
  • At least 5-8 years of business transformation and program management experience, ideally in operational re-engineering and business analysis for a portfolio company
  • Experience gathering and evaluating information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience working in a multi-national organization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
  • A confident logical thinker who can identify inefficient processes, determine the root cause, and work with the business to determine best practices
