An extremely exciting opportunity to work for a global Upper-Mid Market Private Equity Fund with the potential to go permanent. With a strong emphasis on investments in tech, SaaS and ESG businesses, this progressive and data-driven fund needs an established Interim Project Manager with extensive experience in smaller companies and B2B app and product development to look at their internal business processes. This is a demanding and heavily product-focused role, so a certain level of technical ability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to assess the current state of the internal business product, identify areas for improvement, and design innovative solutions.
Working cross-functionally to determine the best possible business outcomes for different teams by mapping requirements across the board.
Utilise your expertise in B2B apps and product development to shape the strategic direction of product offerings.
Engage with high-level Private Equity fund managing partners, presenting product strategies, and aligning objectives to meet their expectations. A certain level of precision and conciseness is expected when dealing with senior management, so experience in this area is crucial.
Drive product development and respond to changing market demands.
Communicate concise progress updates, successes, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels across the fund.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B app and product development, Venture Capital experience is preferable.
Strong experience working as a Product Manager, ideally with exposure to Private Equity, investment management, or similar fields.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with managing partners and senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to envision and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
