COMPANY OVERVIEW
The Barton Partnership has been retained by a growth-focused mid-market Private Equity Fund, looking to hire their first Head of Portfolio Value Creation / Lead Operating Partner.
Founded by several highly experienced Private Equity Investors, they invests in growing companies within the Healthcare, Technology and Sustainability sector across Europe and the US. The Fund has successfully completed 5 acquisitions and realised 130+% IRR from their first exit.
As Head of Portfolio, the successful hire will lead the Funds Value Creation initiatives, working closely with the Investment Team and Portfolio Executive teams.
REQUIREMENTS
13+ years’ experience, including 3+ within a Private Equity setting (Fund or Portfolio company).
Extensive experience operating at C-Suite.
Ability to design and support execution of company-wide Value Creation plans.
Demonstrable experience leading sustainable Transformations.
M&A / Carve-Out / PMI experience (desirable)
Top - tier consulting experience.
An Investor mindset.
London- based or willing to relocate.
