The Commerce & Industry team services a broad range of sector verticals to build and replace corporate teams on a permanent basis or provide independent consultants for short-term projects. 

The permanent team alone has completed over 350 searches over the past ten years. We have a broad client base ranging from start-ups,
small-medium sized enterprises, Private Equity backed businesses to FTSE & Fortune 500 organisations. We work across all sectors with
specialist consultants covering Retail, Consumer Goods, Emerging Markets, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, TMT, Energy & Utilities, Industrial Goods & Services and Education. We have a track record of completing searches ranging from C-Suite level such as Chief Strategy Officer to post-MBA level such as Strategy Manager.

We actively track the careers of all current and former consultants across the strategy consulting spectrum often providing their first
move into an industry role but also moving them within the corporate environment. In many cases our clients like to see a balance of both
consulting and commercial experience which we can provide with specific sector alignment often key.

Since 2014 when we established our Independent Consulting proposition we have managed to support over 150 different corporate
clients on a broad range of projects at all levels. The independent consultant network of 3000+ is exclusively comprised of former
strategy consultants from a range of top tier consultancies to specialist boutiques.

Across the Commerce & Industry division, we have two specialist consultants for each sub-sector – one covering independent
consulting, the other permanent recruitment, offering a flexible recruitment solution for our clients. This flexible approach is
something which has proven to be valuable for our clients who have both short and long term needs. Each consultant has developed
their industry knowledge and corresponding candidate base over a number of years and is able to offer solutions that are tailored to their
individual markets.
