We are delighted to announce the appointment of Donna Kennedy as our new Head of People.
Based in London, Donna will lead The Barton Partnership's global people and culture function, spearheading the integration of our people strategy with our overall business strategy. Donna will oversee critical areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and HR business partnering.
Donna is an accomplished and strategic Senior Executive HR professional with over 14 years of multi-sector experience and demonstrated expertise in leading HR functions, driving organisational effectiveness, and implementing strategic HR and organisation development initiatives. She has an impressive track record of successfully aligning HR and learning strategies with business objectives to maximise employee engagement, talent development, and overall performance.
