We are supporting a market leading global payments business build out their central strategy function to take advantage of the global acceleration in the shift towards cashless payments. This organisation has a strong reputation and track record for developing ex-strategy consulting talent into future business leaders, including a past Group CEO coming from this team.

This organisation has built a very strong brand as a leading technology and payments firm with a global reach.

ROLE: 

We have been mandated to find a new Senior Strategy Manager to personally lead projects throughout the business and on a range of topics, including leading the diversification strategy to understand how to grow revenue beyond the core card business.

This team directly supports the global ExCo with a remit to drive growth globally across the business, particularly across the EMEA and APAC regions.

This team is a well proven accelerated entry point for ex-consultants into industry, with a strong track record of moving on towards P&L responsibility in as quick as 18 months.

REQUIREMENTS: 

- Top tier strategy consultancy experience.

- Excellent communications skills with experience in presenting to and influencing senior management.

- Commercial acumen and understanding of the business implications of different strategies.

- Relevant sector experience is not required, but payments experience is advantageous.
