Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Principal with 8–12 years of private equity buyout experience to join a large cap fund's healthcare investment team. The team invests across key healthcare verticals, such as health technology, advanced medical devices, outsourced pharmaceutical services, and complementary sectors, overseeing a portfolio of high-performing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing, diligence, structuring, and execution of new healthcare investments.
Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic initiatives and value creation.
Mentor and manage junior investment professionals.
Maintain and expand industry relationships to support proprietary deal flow.
Present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
8-12 years of private equity buyout experience in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated track record of leading transactions from origination through execution.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
