COMPANY: 

We are working with a global leader in the insurance market who are looking to build out their in-house consulting strategy team based in Zurich. This business and team are continuing to grow even in the current environment caused by COVID-19.

This team sits at the heart of the organization and reports directly up to the senior leadership team at a Group level. You will have direct exposure to the most senior leaders across the organization.

ROLE: 

You will be joining a highly regarded team of top-tier ex-consultants and supporting global strategy projects with a particular focus on taking ownership for driving EMEA strategy. You will be reporting into the head of the team (ex-McKinsey) and will be responsible for leading a team of junior ex-consultants across all areas of the wider business, with a particular focus around growth strategy, InsurTech strategy and the group-wide 5-year strategy plan.

This team works closely with the wider business and you will have ownership over a project from the first strategic design stage through to implementation. This team is used as a feeder for senior management and there is a strong track record of individuals being promoted inside of 2 years on towards P&L positions in the wider business.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience leading and managing strategy projects in a top tier consulting or corporate strategy background.

- Excellent stakeholder management experience essential with corresponding excellent communication and influencing skills observable.

- Experience working across the insurance market.

- German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
