About the Role
Join a dynamic Strategy & Transformation team for a recently acquired PE-backed Business Services firm, where you will be responsible for driving international transformation initiatives for a global organisation recently acquired by a large-cap PE investor. The team works closely with senior leadership across the fund and business to optimise international operations, enhance performance, and shape the future through strategic commercial and operations projects.
What You’ll Do
Support the international transformation program in PMO and analytics areas
Act as a sparring partner for department leadership and project managers
Manage your own workstreams and stakeholder relationships
Conduct quantitative analyses and present actionable insights
Develop cross-program topics including communication, reporting, and roadmaps
Establish and maintain impact tracking and budget control systems
Mentor interns and working students
Role Requirements
Experience in strategy, management consulting, or in-house consulting (2-4 years)
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex topics
Independent, structured working style with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Fluent German and good English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
