Our client is a global strategy consulting firm with strong presence in the APAC region. As their Financial Services practice is growing in Asia, the firm is planning on bringing in another Insurance Partner, this time to lead their growth efforts in the SEA markets.
This is a rare entrepreneurial opportunity for an experienced Strategy Consultant to challenge themselves in growing a practice while teaming up with like-minded partners in other markets. In other words, this could be the startup experience that also has the benefits of being part of a multi-billion-dollar global firm.
In this case, the incoming Partner will be able to benefit from the strong generalist pool of consultants the firm already have in place. Therefore, softening some of the initial pressures of building a team.
Strong network in SEA/ APAC insurance sector.
But the unique thing about this role is that the incoming Partner have prior experience of either establishing or growing a Consulting practice.
In addition, prior experience of working with top tier strategy consulting firms; strong track record of serving broad range of insurance clients and delivering high quality strategy and transformation projects are required.
