We are looking for a senior organization restructuring lead for a very challenging and exciting role to design, and implement, the new organization construct for our client.
Highly attractive compensation will be commensurate to experience.
Duration:
8 to 10 weeks reviewing the "as is" organization, and the "to be" organization that will drive the business goals. Consultant could also lead the overall implementation based on performance.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in leading large-scale organizational restructuring across a large organization
Good understanding of shared services like Finance, HR and IT
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align transformation efforts with business strategies
Change management expertise and experience driving large scale organizational change
Prior HR leadership experience, or HR consulting experience is ideal
Good to have:
Experience with Shared service centers is a bonus
Retail distribution experience is an added bonus
