​We are looking for a senior organization restructuring lead for a very challenging and exciting role to design, and implement, the new organization construct for our client.
Highly attractive compensation will be commensurate to experience.
Duration:
8 to 10 weeks reviewing the "as is" organization, and the "to be" organization that will drive the business goals. Consultant could also lead the overall implementation based on performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale organizational restructuring across a large organization
  • Good understanding of shared services like Finance, HR and IT
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align transformation efforts with business strategies
  • Change management expertise and experience driving large scale organizational change
  • Prior HR leadership experience, or HR consulting experience is ideal
Good to have:
  • Experience with Shared service centers is a bonus
  • Retail distribution experience is an added bonus
