ROLE: A leading global consulting firm that provides expert services and advice to clients facing complex challenges. They offer a wide range of solutions in areas such as economics and finance, healthcare, investigations and disputes, and strategy and operations. Their clients include major corporations, law firms, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
 RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Lead and manage a team of economic consultants, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide expert testimony in litigation and arbitration matters, including deposition and trial testimony.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to generate new revenue opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cultivating relationships with prospective clients and responding to requests for proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and execute integrated client solutions.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build the BRG brand and generate new business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking and reporting on progress, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met, and projects are executed effectively.
  • Mentor and train staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ph.D. in economics or related field required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in economic consulting, with a focus on litigation support and expert testimony.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work product in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience managing and leading teams of professionals.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and expertise in one or more areas of economic consulting.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CFE) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or related field required. Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.
