M&A Manager | Global Industrials | 5+ Years Experience
An established global industrials business is looking for a high-performing M&A Manager to join its Strategy & Corporate Development team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the VP of Strategy on global acquisitions, strategic evaluations, and execution of high-impact transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-deal integration
Prepare and maintain robust financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, comparables), and investment memos to support executive decision-making
Conduct market and industry research to evaluate strategic fit and identify potential acquisition targets aligned with the company’s global growth strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions (Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, Commercial) and external advisors (banks, legal counsel, consultants) during deal processes
Prepare internal presentations, IC materials, and post-mortem reviews for senior leadership and Group HQ
Monitor deal pipelines and maintain target databases and dashboards to support proactive origination efforts
Contribute to corporate strategy and portfolio review initiatives, including benchmarking, competitor analysis, and white-space assessments
Support the development of integration plans and KPIs to ensure smooth handover to functional teams post-acquisition
What We’re Looking For
3 - 5+ years in investment banking or Big 4 Corporate Finance / M&A advisory
Strong hands-on deal execution experience (buy-side or sell-side)
Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
Sector experience in industrials or manufacturing is preferred
