ROLE:
The role of Group Strategic Programme Manager will be to lead projects across the business & hold projects and lead them to conclusion. This person sits within the strategy team responsible for a wide range of projects:
  • Investments & new deals
  • Document asset management playbook, centralised place where best practice is recorded
  • Operational
  • Finance,
  • HR,
  • Group level
  • ESG - (big push on this) - work with the Head of ESG

Additionally, they will need to lead projects and will need to resource staff (internal and external). The successful applicant will be working within financial services industries and investment companies, so will need to have a strong understanding of these markets.
This role gives you great exposure to numerous sectors and opportunities to grow and expand your knowledge and skills. This role reports into the company's Head of Strategy, and you must have the ability to communicate well with the CEO, Group Portfolio Manager and Group HRD.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 6-10 year's experience
  • FS / Investment Background
