COMPANY:

A well-known B2B/Services client is looking to expand their U.S team and hire a Global Strategy and Innovation Manager. The Global Strategy Innovation Manager will focus on internal corporate strategy involving growth, innovation, risk, and operations. Primary responsibilities include engaging with senior-leadership, guiding in-depth qualitative analysis, and identifying market trends. This role works closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, with strong career progression opportunities.

ROLE:

• Identify emerging trends and analyze white-space opportunities that could impact the business.

• Guide and conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis using tech-enabled tools to form insights.

• Summarize insights into clear and concise executive frameworks.

• Execute various special projects that have the potential to significantly impact the organization.

• Communicate ideas with stakeholders though effective written and oral skills.

• Manage multiple workstreams and work with cross functional teams.

• Work with the CSO and CEO on the most important initiatives of the global firm.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 years of experience, or 4 years of experience with an MBA in a relevant field.

• Relevant experience includes, Strategy & Operations related consulting, corporate strategy, or an innovation related role.

• You must have 5 years of relevant experience from a leading consulting firm.

• Ability to collaborate and build credibility across multiple lines of business & corporate functions

• Willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion

• You are legally authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
