Our client team just started a new major project for a industrial supplier (end-client) with a focus on their energy efficiency/process strategy recommendation and implementation.
Our client needs support to deliver the project and lead the energy efficiency/savings diagnostics/identifications and implementation on the ground, taking place through energy efficiency diagnostic and action plan roll out for an automotive supplier end client.
Key selection criteria 1: Operational track record in energy efficiency/saving & processes optimization for industrials clients particularly to address complex multi-site/countries/stakeholders’ transformation challenges
Key selection criteria 2: on the ground/doer/hand-on associate / junior consultant level with management consulting background combined with operational experience focused on energy efficiency (“has worked in/supported project in a factory/industrial plant”)
Key selection criteria 3: highly flexible and capacity to work on different workstreams in parallel and from the early stage/pilot strategy adjustments to the full scale complex multi-sites roll-out
