As a Consultant their team you will have an opportunity to work with some of the UK’s best-known organisations and help shape the advice we give to our clients on best practice approaches and implementing projects and programs which enable them to achieve the goals of their people strategy and take actions to increase employee engagement, create compelling cultures and positively impact business performance.
Their consultants typically work within a project team overseen by a Director/Senior Consultant to support the delivery of specific outputs to our clients. They have a strong culture of collaboration in the team and in the firm and also provide opportunities for our people to work with a high level of independence on consulting engagements.
Consultants are expected to play an active role in all aspects of engagement with the clients: from business development and writing proposals to producing and executing plans, managing projects and workstreams that form part of client delivery through close. They may be responsible for structuring and leading small teams to produce deliverables and achieve business outcomes. We also encourage our colleagues to get involved in company-wide initiatives to further their skills and knowledge.
4 years+ experience within a client-facing consulting environment or other professional services setting focused on employee engagement/experience/culture, organizational effectiveness, talent management.
A track record of contributing to the delivery of projects, or workstreams within larger programmes
Strong business acumen and an ability to identify client opportunities
Well-developed stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills
Data management and analytical skills
Project management experience
Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken; command of additional languages advantageous
