COMPANY:
We are supporting a rapidly growing (100% YoY) PE-backed Fintech in the commercial lending space, who are looking to find a new Commercial Lead to drive revenue generation and growth across Europe.
ROLE:
You will report directly into the Chief Commercial Officer (ex-Oliver Wyman) and will drive the commercial strategy and international expansion. You will assist the ExCo on the biggest strategic questions impacting the business, including revenue generation and strategic partnerships.
This will be a global remit with the opportunity to progress and take over the Chief Commercial Officer or become a country lead in the future.
You will have the chance to build a small team around you to lead the business’ growth strategy.
REQUIRMENTS:
- You will have several years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
- Financial services or tech experience is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
-Excellent communications skills with experience of interacting with and influencing at the ExCo level.
