​The Barton Partnership has been retained by a Tier 1 global Private Equity fund to hire a Chief of Staff / Director of Strategic Projects for a newly acquired, high-growth, Payments and Software firm. The role will report to the CEO and work closely with the PE fund.
The Chief of Staff will provide strategic advice and drive the execution of the VCP by developing and implementing plans, tracking progress, and identifying and addressing roadblocks. In addition to managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working together effectively.
Key levers of the Value Creation Plan include: Product Development, Sales & Marketing, M&A, International Expansion, Systems Improvement, Operations.
Candidate profile
·       Current or Former top-tier Consulting or Investment Banking experience.
·       Software / Payments / Fintech domain experience.
·       Cross-functional experience.
·       Strong strategic and analytical skills
·       Private Equity experience is desirable.
·       5-10 years’ experience
·       International experience and language skills are desirable. A willingness to travel within Europe is essential.
