Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Value Creation:
Collaborate with portfolio company executives and investment team to develop and execute Value Creation Plans.
Provide hands-on support to optimize operating and financial performance, ensuring targeted investment returns.
On-board new investments, establish governance structures, and ensure compliance.
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing talent for portfolio companies.
Drive implementation of Value Creation Plans, identifying and executing critical performance improvement opportunities.
Establish robust capability, reporting, and governance mechanisms to track and deliver on value creation objectives.
Provide regular updates to management and contribute to annual business planning processes.
Participate in the development and execution of exit strategies to maximize returns.
Due Diligence and Investment Support:
Support commercial and operational due diligence of potential acquisitions.
Assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business models.
Validate assumptions and identify value creation opportunities.
Conduct management interviews and assess business processes for improvement.
Develop value creation plans and contribute to Investment Committee presentations.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting + real industry operational roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering tangible value.
Language:Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Industry Experience:Agnostic, with a preference for industrial experience and diverse industry exposure.
Qualities:
Strong analytical skills, P&L understanding, and financial acumen.
Proactive and hands-on approach, with a high level of accountability.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving P&L impact.
Ability to multitask, with structured and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
