Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Value Creation:
  • Collaborate with portfolio company executives and investment team to develop and execute Value Creation Plans.
  • Provide hands-on support to optimize operating and financial performance, ensuring targeted investment returns.
  • On-board new investments, establish governance structures, and ensure compliance.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing talent for portfolio companies.
  • Drive implementation of Value Creation Plans, identifying and executing critical performance improvement opportunities.
  • Establish robust capability, reporting, and governance mechanisms to track and deliver on value creation objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to management and contribute to annual business planning processes.
  • Participate in the development and execution of exit strategies to maximize returns.
Due Diligence and Investment Support:
  • Support commercial and operational due diligence of potential acquisitions.
  • Assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business models.
  • Validate assumptions and identify value creation opportunities.
  • Conduct management interviews and assess business processes for improvement.
  • Develop value creation plans and contribute to Investment Committee presentations.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting + real industry operational roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering tangible value.
Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Industry Experience: Agnostic, with a preference for industrial experience and diverse industry exposure.

  • Ability to transition into C-suite roles quickly, if required.
  • Experience in due diligence preferred but not essential.
