As a Corporate Strategy Senior Director, you’ll support the organization by driving analysis and managing projects that assess new market opportunities, evaluate new technologies, business models, product solutions, pricing and packaging strategies that expand the company’s capabilities and maintain its leadership position in the Software Security market.
The Corporate Development Team for a Cybersecurity organization works with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to craft the company’s vision, business and product strategy.
  • Joining the Corporate Strategy & Development Team will allow you to investigate and recommend solutions to complex business problems, gain insight into the strategic issues that shape the company’s future and build relationships with people across the entire organization
  • Support the Corporate Strategy and Development Leader and Executive Team with administration and facilitation of annual strategic and budget planning processes.
  • Support, and in many cases, act as project management lead on cross-functional projects and initiatives including, but not limited to new geographic and market expansion, investments in new products and service capabilities as well as business optimization projects that span the globe. 
  • Analyze tangential market segments and categories of cybersecurity technologies to inform inorganic growth strategies through M&A, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Provide strategic input and analysis support to Product Management and Product Marketing to assess competitive positioning and strategies that guide product development, changes to pricing, packaging and value delivery to customers and end users.
  • Conduct research and analysis on a variety of matters spanning the industry, market segment, operating geographies as well as trends in software use, budget and spending among leading and growth customer verticals.
  • Willingness to travel to attend trade events once safe to do so
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation skills
  • Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills 
  • Self-motivated and well-organized, must be able to management several projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment to drive outcomes
  • 5-7+ years of total professional experience, of which 2-3+ years of post-MBA experience in a corporate strategy team or function, product strategy and/or management experience or technical product marketing team or function with preference to past experience at SaaS software companies
  • BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred
