This is a newly created position sitting in the Group Value Creation team of a private-equity owned multi-national corporation engaged in the distribution and sales of highly-specialized mechanical and electronic components. The business is undergoing an exciting period of growth and require the talents of an experienced business transformation professional to join the team.
Responsibilities
Report to the Head of Value Creation working in a small team responsible for driving operational efficiency and performance improvement projects
Plan and execute business transformation projects and Enterprise PMO strategies with emphasis on top-line growth, business development initiatives, and operations
Assess and identify opportunities to maximize revenue through revamping pricing strategies, product line diversification and branding, cross-selling opportunities, product sell-through methodologies, etc
Engage in process improvement initiatives broadly across the organization, align and integrate operations, facilitate communication with the view to achieve operational excellence
Uplift efficiency through driving work-flow enhancement initiatives and implementing automation / robotics tools
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of newly acquired entities to extract and optimize synergies and top-line growth potential
Partner with the C-suite team and Department Heads, and act as the change agent of the business to ensure initiatives are rolled out smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years experience in implementation-focused management consulting firms and/or PMO, change management roles within a multinational company
Prior success in driving operational efficiency, top-line growth, cost optimization and process enhancement projects
Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management – effectively partnering with C-suite team, investors, functional and market leads
Developed a comprehensive and solid consulting toolkit with outstanding leadership, problem solving, and project management / execution skills
Fluency in English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate Director or Senior Manager
