ROLE:
Due to tremendous client demand within Asia region, the firm is looking to hire a Director or Senior Director (depending on relevant experience) level for the “Commercial Due Diligence” area in their China Performance Improvement Practice. Based in Shanghai/Beijing, this position will lead the development, delivery and promotion of operational performance improvement assignments relating to commercial due diligence, helping their Private Equity or Corporate clients across diverse industries with China focus.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or Engineering; MBA is preferred
8-12 years of professional experience, focusing in CDD area
Possess CDD experience and related areas such as growth strategy and market intelligence
Network in the Private Equity or Investment Banking community is a plus
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of energy
Strong leadership and proven record in managing a project team to achieve results
Good presentation, analytical, problem-solving and execution skills
Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service
Excellent people skills and ability to collaborate with different teams, counterparts and stake holders to achieve different milestones
Willingness to travel and work in stressful situation
Native Chinese and fluent in English and Mandarin; 3rd language (Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese) and international experience is a plus
