Our client is a payments company who is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to join their team based in Singapore / Hong Kong. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and senior management team in driving company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel and support on business initiatives and decisions
Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and senior management team
Lead and manage strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency and improve organizational effectiveness
Support the CEO in preparing for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in the payments or financial services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
