​My client is a leading financial institution with global presence who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO to join their executive team based in Singapore.
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance organizational efficiency. This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial services industry and leadership to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing briefing materials.
  3. Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
  4. Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  5. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, implementing best practices to drive results.
  6. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  7. Risk Management: Monitor and assess risks and opportunities in the financial services landscape, providing strategic guidance to mitigate potential threats.
  8. Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics and financial indicators, analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (more than 8-10 years) in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Sound knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with a focus on driving efficiency and accountability.
