As a Consultantin our team you will have an opportunity to work with some of the UK’s best-known organisations and help shape the advice we give to our clients on best practice approaches and implementing projects and programs which enable them to achieve the goals of their people strategy and take actions to increase employee engagement, create compelling cultures and positively impact business performance.
The Consultantworks within a project team overseen by a Director to support delivery. At this level you will also be expected to play an active role in Business development, writing proposals, executing plans, managing projects and workstreams. Additionally you may be responsible to leading small teams to produce deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 years+ experience within a client-facing consulting environment or other professional services setting focused on employee engagement/experience/culture, organizational effectiveness, talent management.
  • A track record of contributing to the delivery of projects, or workstreams within larger programmes
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to identify client opportunities
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data management and analytical skills
  • Project management experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken; command of additional languages advantageous
