The Project

IT audit and transformational plan to prepare for acquisition. The IT capability of the business was central to the valuation of the company.

The Problem

The insurance industry is rapidly digitising.  Brokers that have mastered digital channels are gaining market share in every segment.  The Barton Partnership was engaged by a niche challenger broker that had mastered the web digital channel to prepare for acquisition.  The objective was to ensure the client’s digital platform and digital capabilities were attractive to potential buyers.

Outcome
