The growth of a PE-backed business services firm was being constrained by their back office that lacked efficiency and effectiveness in Finance, HR and their ERP and core systems.
Scope & Outcome
The scope of the work included the transformation of:
Finance: including reducing outstanding debt to 30 days from 90+ days
ERP systems: including defining the requirements, vendor selection, contract and deployment
HR: including the building of a central HR team and implementing HR business partnering
Technology: leadership of a programme to overhaul the principal core operational system
Corporate Development: creation, testing and roll-out of an integration playbook to speed up the integration of new acquisitions
Tracking: measuring the business impact of the transformation throughout the execution phase
