How do astronauts develop resilience to cope with the physically demanding and psychologically stressful environments they work in?
Hear first-hand from astronaut and International Space Station crew member Major Tim Peake, featured speaker for The Barton Partnership’s virtual event this October.
Now in its fifth year, the annual strategy conference and networking event has previously hosted inspirational speakers: Sir Clive Woodward, Dame Kelly Holmes, Sir Ranulph Fiennes and Lord Sebastian Coe. This year, we are excited to be bringing the event to you virtually with renowned astronaut Major Tim Peake.
Spending more than six months on the ISS, Peake completed an impressive 3,000 orbits of the Earth and was the first ever astronaut to run a marathon from space.
During this one-hour event he will share his experiences from the International Space Station and his unique perspective on resilience at a time when it has never been more important. You will also have the opportunity to pose your questions to him in a live Q&A.
