Since starting in 2014 we have completed over 500 projects for over 250 clients across Europe from junior analytical strategy support through managing transactions to leading major transformation programmes. We take the time to define the project requirements with our clients and suggest two or three consultants from our network we believe could deliver the work but leave the choice to the client to find the best cultural fit. We then keep in close touch with consultant and client throughout the project to ensure deliverables are met on time to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Our leadership are themselves former independent consultants with experience from consultancies like Bain and Boston Consulting Group combined with real world experience in running $100M P&Ls and operational leadership.
