ROLE:

Recently appointed CEO, who is a renowned UK business leader in turning around companies in this industry. Having completed the 1st year of the turnaround strategy, the business is now launching a new phase of growth and have identified a Head of Strategy as a business-critical hire to lead the new chapter in the company’s history. This position will be carved around the ideal candidate and the new Head of Strategy will have a team built around their specific expertise and skill-set. 

REQUIREMENTS:

-5-9 Years strategy consulting experience.
-Food Production, Retail and Manufactured Goods experience is desirable  

-1st Class Academics

-Expertise in strategic planning and organising.

-Ability to manage numerous strategic projects to completion.

-Passion for the scale and size of the business.
