Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives in acquiring and managing life insurance portfolios on a global scale.
Oversee end-to-end transaction processes, from due diligence to integration, ensuring seamless execution.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize portfolio performance and enhance shareholder value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to drive successful transactions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities and assess market trends.
Evaluate financial models, assess risks, and recommend appropriate strategies for portfolio enhancement.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, and industry partners.
Provide insights on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes affecting life insurance portfolios.
Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in life insurance transactions.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
