We are working with a leading Swiss financial services organisation who are looking to build out their core strategy and implementation team based in their headquarters in Zurich. This business and team are continuing to grow even in the current environment caused by COVID-19.
This team sits at the heart of the organization and reports directly up to the senior leadership team at a Group level. You will have exposure to the most senior leaders across the organisation.
You will be joining a highly regarded team of top-tier ex-consultants and supporting global strategy projects with a particular focus on EMEA. This team is headed up by an ex-McKinsey consultant and focuses on all the biggest strategic priorities effecting the business, including the business’ FinTech strategy and the group-wide 5-year strategy plan.
This team works closely with the wider business and you will have ownership over a project from the first strategic design stage through to implementation. This team is used as a feeder for senior management and there is a strong track record of individuals being promoted inside of 2 years on towards P&L positions in the wider business.
Experience leading and managing strategy projects in a top tier consulting or corporate strategy background.
Excellent stakeholder management experience essential with corresponding excellent communication and influencing skills observable.
Experience working across the insurance market.
German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
