ROLE:Senior Director of International Distribution and Indirect Business for Global consumer goods company
COMPANY OVERVIEW / HIGH LEVEL SELL:Fast-growing international consumer packaged goods company looking to execute on a strong international growth agenda. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this role has a high degree of independence and visibility to the C-Suite/board. Role will oversee and nurture relationships with distributors in various markets by utilizing a methodical approach. Key duties include establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for contractual distribution arrangements, evaluating and comparing the capabilities of distributors, overseeing the indirect business, and aiding in the execution of transformative distribution initiatives within specific regions or countries.
REQUIREMENTS:Successful candidates will have a background spanning 10+ years in strategy and industry roles, with a significant portion of this experience in CPG/food and beverage. Candidates must have experience working with commercial/sales strategy, ideally with strategy around international sales and distribution.
MIN EXPERIENCE:10+ years in mix of Industry and Consulting roles
