This role is based in Hong Kong. This role holder will be responsible for the development of the Group Strategy. This role holder will partner with Senior Leaders and drive strategic planning. This role holder will be responsible for the annual strategy process and development of key strategic inputs such as market size forecasting and customer segmentation which will help to maximize competitive advantage and drive business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:
Define the strategic direction and priorities
Lead development of key strategic planning processes, define resources and inputs to refresh and execute annual strategy plan
Closely collaborate and build strong relationships with key business leaders to define the strategic pillars for their departments and help to define key initiatives which will drive commercial results.
Develop structured and substantiated materials to articulate strategy plan to stakeholders such as Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team
Work closely with the Research team to shape relevant industry analysis and development of market insights
Participate actively in the preparation of timely, high-quality reports and materials for the EVP of Strategy & Business Development, CEO, and other senior management
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 6 years experience
Strong strategy development and execution professional experience
Management consulting experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong communicator who is comfortable working with senior leaders and broad set of stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills, foster strong relationships and ability to influence others
