Senior Director of Corporate Development

​COMPANY OVERVIEW: Highly acquisitory international consumer packaged goods company looking to execute on a strong M&A agenda. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global M&A, this role has a high degree of independence and will lead entire M&A processes from origination to close, supported by a team of 1-4.

REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates will have a background spanning 10+ years in Private Equity/Investment Banking/Corporate Development, with a significant portion of this experience on the buyside. Candidates must have led at least one $300m+ acquisition, with preference for those who have led acquisitions of $1bn+

MIN EDUCATION: BA/BS Undergraduate

MIN EXPERIENCE: 10+ years in M&A/PE/Corporate Development role, with significant experience on the buyside
